Dr. Vladimir Badmaev, MD, PhD

Dr. Badmaev is a fifth generation doctor.  He is the great-grandson of Sul-Tim Badma, physician-lama, master Tibetan healer, family doctor to the Czar of Russia.  Dr. Badmaev received his medical degree in 1975 and a PhD in microbiology in 1978.  He was a Research Fellow in Immunology at the Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.  In 1985, he founded the Laboratories of Applied Pharmacology, and introduced several natural pharmaceutical derived from Tibetan medicine into the U.S. and foreign markets.

Dr. Badmaev has published books and articles on Tibetan medicine and medical science and has conducted extensive clinical research in Tibetan medicine and traditional healing.  He is currently Director of Scientific and Medical Affairs Polifenoles Naturales.
