Shipping Policy

Timing of the Shipment:  Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be shipped next business day.  Business Day’s are M – F: not including major holidays.

Transit time examples:  Pacific BioLogic is located just east of San Francisco, CA.  Transit time to the east coast USA via FedEx Ground is six business days. Transit time to Texas is four business days. Washington is two business days.

Standard FedEx Ground or Priority Mail Shipping Rates

Orders under $200.00 --  $ 10.50.
Orders over $200.00 -- $ 17.50 

FedEx 2-Day Shipping Rates

Orders under $200.00 -- $13.50.
Orders over $200.00, $ 24.50

International orders:
 i.   FedEx International shipping:  Actual rates apply.  Pacific BioLogic will send our International Shipping Agreement to you via e-mail outlining Customs and Shipping Rates.
 ii.  Priority International Mail:  Actual rates apply.  Pacific BioLogic will send our International Shipping Agreement to you via e-mail outlining Customs and Shipping Rates.

Tracking your order:  If you request that we ship your merchandise via FedEx, the e-mail address you supply will be given to FedEx ONLY.   They will supply alerts and tracking information on this shipment only.  Tracking is not available for US Mail shipments.

Customer order pick-up:  Arrangements must be made prior to a customer picking up an order.
